Craig Lundgren represents businesses and public agencies in complex litigation, administrative hearings, writs and appeals. He has worked in a broad range of legal issues, including public and private sector contract and tort claims. He has substantial experience in both private and public construction claims, including construction defects and matters involving claims for delay, disruption, acceleration and production inefficiency.

Mr. Lundgren has practiced law since 1990. In that time he has handled several multimillion-dollar claims on behalf of and against governmental agencies. He has brought and defended cases in both federal and state courts and has litigated matters through trial and appeal.

Mr. Lundgren is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and the Bankruptcy Forum. He is also a member of the Association of General Contractors and the Construction Law and Intellectual Property Sections of the Sacramento County Bar.
